Now comes the Family Court Judge, having reviewed the above-styled case file, and finds that the Petitioner filed an Out of State Residency Affidavit, swearing that the Respondent last resided in Bogata, Columbia. Based upon the foregoing, the Court finds that service of process upon the Respondent, FABIAN ALDANA, shall be made by publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
THEREFORE, the Court, finding it proper so to do ORDERS that the Circuit Clerk publish this matter in the Parkersburg News & Sentinel, with an Order for the Respondent to file an answer to the above-styled divorce petition as well as financial statement with the Wood County Circuit Clerk’s Office on or before August 11, 2026. The Circuit Clerk is further ORDERED to publish that the above-styled case has been set for a final hearing on the 18th day of August, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. held before Family Court Judge Debra L. Steed at 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. It is further ORDERED that said publications shall occur once a week for two successive weeks in the Parkersburg News & Sentinel.
It is further ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 22 of the Rules of Practice and Procedures for Family Court, the Circuit Clerk shall provide a certified copy of this Order to all parties of record and their counsel
