LEGAL NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID The Town of Westernport is accepting sealed bids for the Resurfacing – Maryland Avenue Basketball Courts, until 1:00 p.m., 24th day, July, 2026, at 50 Main Street, Westernport MD 21562. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Resurfacing Maryland Avenue Basketball Courts” and must include copy of business license, insurance certificate and references.
