The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on
a lease basis, approximately 11-14,000 square feet of space. The requirements include office space, 2 reception areas, classroom space, computer labs, a conference room to accommodate 20 people, open area for cubicles, public and staff restrooms, network closets, and a break room. The property must be situated in the Parkersburg area, on a city bus route with easy access from I-77. Adequate parking is required to accommodate 36 staff members and 50 customers. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest. No phone calls please.
