The public hearing will be at the Tucker County Board of Education Auxiliary Gym located at 100 Education Lane, Parsons, WV 26287 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020. There will be an informational meeting for the public with WVDEP-OOG staff from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the same location.

The state of West Virginia will act on the above application in accordance with West Virginia Legislative Rule, Title 47, Series 13, and West Virginia Code Chapter 22, Articles 11 and 12.
Pursuant to Legislative Rule Title 47, Series 13, Section 13.27.a., the Chief has determined that a public hearing on the draft permit is necessary.
Both written and oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written correspondence should include the name, address and telephone number of the writer and a concise statement of the nature of the issues being raised. Issues should be kept relevant to the draft permit.
Pursuant to Legislative Rule Title 47, Series 13, Section 13.27.b., the public comment period shall automatically be extended ten (10) days after the close of the public hearing. Therefore, any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit through March 15, 2020 and should be addressed to:

Copies may be obtained for a nominal cost at the same address.
