Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 5G of the West Virginia Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Davis Health System, a non-profit corporation, will hold its meeting on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 12:30 p.m., in the boardroom of Davis Medical Center in Elkins, West Virginia. Pursuant to the said statute, such a meeting is open to the public.
