The object of the above entitled action is for the award of damages in the amount of $20,000.00, pre-judgment interest, postjudgement interest, attorney fees, costs incurred in the prosecution of this case, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Clinton W. Smith, Esquire, counsel for the Plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant, Brandon Lee Jones, without effect,
it is ordered that Brandon Lee Jones do serve upon Clinton Smith, Esquire, counsel for the Plaintiff, and The Honorable Benjamin Shepler, magistrate, whose address is Mezzanine Ste. 4, 405 Capitol St. Charleston, WW 25301 & 11 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WW 26241, respectively, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 21, 2026
otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Brandon Lee Jones at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
