TO: UNKNOWN FATHER
On or about the 9th day of April 2019, J.C. the above-named child, was born to Emily Casto. It appearing that the legal identity and whereabouts of the father are unknown, notice is hereby given that UNKNOWN FATHER is named as a RESPONDENT in the above-styled matter, and that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the 14th day of August 2026 at 10:00 O’clock a.m., which may be continued from time to time thereafter, before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 3rd floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
Any individual asserting paternity of J.C. and claiming to be RESPONDENT UNKNOWN FATHER must appear and defend his interests in the above-styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time, or otherwise the above-styled proceeding may, at that time or at any time thereafter upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the father to the above-named child, J.C.
