The City of Westover will be accepting bids for the 2026 paving project. The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, July 20th at 4:30 PM. The bids are to be sealed and can be dropped off at City Hall at 500 Dupont Rd, Westover WV 26501. Bids will be opened at the City Council Meeting on July 20th at 6 PM.
