The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $3260.44 plus court cost and interest from the date of judgment against the defendant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that Worthington Mental Health Services do serve upon
Magistrate Waters, whose address is 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 31st 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Worthington Mental Health Services at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
