INVITATION FOR BIDS
ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELKINS, Elkins, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative offices at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV for it’s FY2019 – 2020 Capital Fund Program – Physical Improvements – ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT, at its public housing development until 9:00 AM EST on March 26, 2020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the monthly board meeting. Bids received after 9:00 AM will be rejected. Work includes Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement on 13 apartment buildings, and associated work items.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on March 13, 2020 at the Elkins Housing Authorities administrative offices at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is highly recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Mandatory site visitation will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
