Notice is hereby given that POLINO ENTERPRISES, INC., RT 219 NORTH GILMAN, PO BOX 750, ELKINS WV 26241 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q200813 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 SCHOOL STREET, SUITE 301, PHILIPPI, WV 26416-1600 in order to remove Greenbrier limestone by conducting quarrying operations.
The operation is discharging into unnamed tributary of Right Fork of Mill Creek of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 2.0 miles, northwest of Valley Bend in Valley Bend District of Randolph County, Longitude 79* 57′ 40″ and Latitude 38* 47′ 15″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comment on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until April 11, 2020, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND is available at:
