The Elkins Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the office of the Elkins Municipal Court, Room 110 of City Hall, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 to hear and consider your appeal to use 456 Pleasant Ave. for purpose of operating a service and Maintenance garage. The proposed uses would consist primarily be a service and maintenance garage operating a business in a Residential district is prohibited. The identifying number assigned to your appeal is BZA042.
You and/or any other party affected by the proposed change of zoning may appear and be heard by the Board as to the merits of your appeal.
