The object of the above
entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Elizabeth M. Kemper and Christopher G. Kemper and/or any current occupants are
individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the
defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Elizabeth M. Kemper and Christopher G. Kemper and/or any current occupants via
personal service on March 6, 2020 without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that Elizabeth M. Kemper and Christopher G. Kemper and/or any current occupants do appear and serve upon
Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 596 Lynnhaven Parkway Suite 200, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from second date of publication,
otherwise judgment by
default will be entered against
Elizabeth M. Kemper and Christopher G. Kemper and/or any current occupants at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her
office located in Wood County, West Virginia.
