The purpose of this
proceeding is to obtain a
divorce. An Affidavit having been filed by the Petitioner setting forth that numerous
attempts have been made to obtain service of process upon the Respondent, without
success, notice is hereby given that RUTH PRICE has filed the above styled Petition for Divorce in the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia seeking a divorce.
You are hereby given Notice that an Answer to said Petition for Divorce must be filed on
or before March 11, 2020, or judgment by default may be taken against you. A
Preliminary Hearing is shceduled for March 30, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. in front of
C. Darren Tallman, Family Court Judge, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. A copy of said Answer must be served upon Plaintiff’s
Attorney, Jessica E. Myers, P.O. Box 287, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26102.
A copy of said Petition for
Divorce may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office in the Wood County Courthouse, 1 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
