Philippi, WV 26416-1600, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number O003185 to maintain and operate a refuse disposal area in the n/a seam of coal.
The operation is discharging into Left Fork of Buckhannon River; Dry Run of Left Fork of Buckhannon River; Left Fork of Unnamed Tributary of Left Fork of Buckhannon River all of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 4.3 miles, East of HELVETIA in MIDDLE FORK District of Randolph County, Longitude 80* 6′ 50″ and Latitude 38* 42′ 40″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
