AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Appalachian Aggregates, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification to Permit R13-1891H to replace a triple-deck screen for Kelly Mountain Quarry located off of County Route 25 (Kelly Mountain Road) near Elkins, Randolph County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.8955N, 79.7677W
The applicant estimates there will be no increased potential to discharge any Regulated Air Pollutants.
The facility will begin operation under the updated permit when the permit is issued on or about the 30th day of April, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
