Sealed bids for the Upshur County Innovation Center third floor buildout will be received by the Upshur County Development Authority at the offices of the Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Blvd, Bridgeport, WV 26330, until 1:00 p.m. L.P.T. on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work identified in the contract documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the contract documents will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 through live-stream. A link for the live-stream of the bid opening will be provided via addendum.

All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor’s License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia State Code. The Upshur County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A pre-bid conference will be held via conference call and Go-To-Meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. L.P.T. The call-in number for the conference call is 304-391-5940; conference number: 1300149#. The Go-To-Meeting web address is https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/159424517. The owner will hold staggered site visits to the third floor if you should choose to visit in an effort to comply with social distancing guidelines. The site visits will be available from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm in half-hour increments. Two (2) general contractors will be allowed into the building per half-hour increments.
