AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Rose Holdings, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G40-C General Permit Modification for a nonmetallic minerals processing facility located off Mountaineer Highway near Parsons, in Tucker County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.19283 and -79.82297.
The applicant estimates the increase for potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of June 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
