The City of Vienna will hold a public meeting to gather public input regarding the Citizen Participation Plan for the Community Development Block Grant Funds on:

The City’s Citizen Participation Plan is being amended to adhere to new public hearing procedures added as a result of COVID-19. A copy of this Plan can be found at www.vienna-wv.com.
