THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO ADOPT A MINOR CHILD
To the Respondent: Nathan Lee Davis
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Nathan Lee Davis is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Nathan Lee Davis serve upon the Petitioners, Christopher Earl Morris and Brieana Kenworthy Morris, whose address is 1501 30th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action on or before May 27, 2020. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
