Gibson do serve upon Brenda K Marshall 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg, WV 26101, magistrate an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 30, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Adam G. Gibson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
