REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
The Randolph County Committee on Aging requests a proposal to install approximately 4,545 sq ft of LVT or equivalent flooring at its property located at #1 Fifth Street in Elkins, WV.
The bid shall include the following or suitable equivalent:
Quality LVT flooring and all product necessary for its installation
Tear up and disposal of existing carpet squares and baseboard
Installation of rubber baseboard
The bid should specify the warranty period and terms for all product and services included in the proposal.
The contractor shall be required to begin work immediately after award of the contract.

Proposals shall be submitted to the Randolph County Committee on Aging by 4:00 on June 9, 2020.
The Committee on Aging shall have the right to accept or reject any/all proposals.
All proposal documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the following information on the outside: Proposal for Flooring Replacement, Contractors Name, Address, E-mail and Phone No.
