REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
The Randolph County Committee on Aging requests a proposal for the remodel the two ADA compliant public restrooms at its property located at #1 Fifth Street in Elkins, WV.
The bid shall include the following or suitable equivalent:
Commercial grade fixtures including toilets, sinks, faucets and all associated plumbing, toilet stalls, mirrors, soap dispensers, grab bars, wall tile, and other fixtures as necessary;
Demolition and disposal of existing fixtures;
Installation of new fixtures and plumbing;
Alternatively, bids will be accepted for fixtures and equipment only.
The bid should specify the brand, product detail, warranty period and terms for all product and services included in the proposal.
The contractor shall be required to begin work immediately after award of the contract.

Proposals shall be submitted to the Randolph County Committee on Aging by 4:00 on June 9, 2020.
The Committee on Aging shall have the right to accept or reject any/all proposals.
All proposal documents shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the following information on the outside: Proposal for Bathroom Remodel, Contractors Name, Address, E-mail and Phone No.
