On or about April 17, 2020, E.K. the above-named child, on or about November 20, 2009, B.Q. the above-named child, on or about March 14, 2017, K.K. the above-named child, on or about May 1, 2013, D.K. the above-named child, and on or about March 27, 2012, K.K., the above-named child, was born to ERICA KIDDER. It appearing that the Mother, ERICA KIDDER, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on AUGUST 18, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, ERICA KIDDER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, JESSICA MYERS, P.O. BOX 287, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3600.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, ERICA KIDDER, with respect of the above-named children, E.K., B.Q., K.K., D.K., and K.K.
