YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code §48-22-206 et seq., that a petition for adoption of the children, D.R.P., born 10/11/2017, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
NOTICE: You are hereby notified that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that you may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If you hereby properly served and fail to respond within the required time after its service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by To Whom It May Concern from the undersigned clerk at the office, located at Wood County Circuit Clerk, 2 Government Sq, Room 131, Parkersburg, West Virginia. Notice and a copy of the Petitioner shall also be served accordingly under W.V. Code §48-22-206.
You are further notified that a final adoption hearing will be held on June 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Circuit Judge, at the 2 Government Sq, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
