The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulate Air Pollutants will be: PM 0.12 TPY
PM10 0.06 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
