On or about January 3, 2020 R.R. and M.R., the above-named children, were born to ALISHYA DENNIS. It appearing that the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/RYAN RADER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on AUGUST 18, 2020, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/RYAN RADER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, HEATHER STARCHER, PO BOX 2084, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 488-0036.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/RYAN RADER, with respect of the above-named children, R.R and M.R.
