It appearing that the Mother, COURTNEY ANDERSON, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 4, 2020, at the hour of 4:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, COURTNEY ANDERSON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, HEATHER STARCHER, P.O. BOX 2084, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 488-0036.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, COURTNEY ANDERSON, with respect to the above-named child, J.F.
