Notice is hereby given that on July 27, 2020 at 11:30 am, on said day or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Jason Wharton, Petitioner will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry or an order by said Court granting adoption of T.L.D and T.K.D., at which time and place, Parent, may appear if so desired.
