If not claimed by Saturday, August 27, 2020, at 1:00 pm, they will be sold at Auction on that date and time, on site, “as is” without any kind of Guarantee. No Titles will be provided but a Bill of Sale will be given. To purchasers, Mobile Homes must be moved within 30 days unless an agreement is reached with Park Owners.
