The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ordered that, Maria Ellen McClain, serve upon petitioner John Tomas Livingston, C/O Celeste Ridgeway, Circuit Clerk, Wood County Judicial Building,, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter-claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 10, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
