AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Century Mining, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G10-D General Permit Registration for a coal preparation plant located on Winslow Road near Volga, in Barbour County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.10897 and -80.13874.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of January 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
