The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that KELVIN RICHARD LAWRENCE, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, KELVIN RICHARD LAWRENCE, Respondent, serve upon AMANDA DAWN LAWRENCE, petitioner, whose address is 2412 COVERT STREET APT. 48, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before AUGUST 25, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
