Notice is hereby given that on the 21 day of September, 2020, at 1:15 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Amy Beth Colgrove will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge R. A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Amy Beth Colgrove to Amy Beth Way. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Futher, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
