PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Amended Motion to Modify Disposition and Terminate Parental Rights of the Petitioner, West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in the above-captioned cases will come on for hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 10:15 A.M., before the Circuit Court of Tyler County, West Virginia, at the Courthouse thereof, 121 Main Street, in the Town of Middlebourne, West Virginia, at which time and place you should appear and protect your interests. The object of the motion is to seek the termination of your parental rights in and to K.S., K.S., and K.S. The permanent termination of your parental rights can be a result of this proceeding.
