STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA,
COUNTY OF TYLER, to-wit:
The object of the above-styled suit is for Plaintiffs to
obtain a judicial declaration that Walnut Fork Church of
Christ has become an extinct or dissolved religious
organization, and that certain real estate, owned and/or
occupied by the Trustees of Walnut Fork Church of
Christ, be disposed of in accordance with the direction
of the Court.
The property at issue is a parcel of real estate
containing 0.5 acre, more or less, situate in McElroy
District, Tyler County, West Virginia, also identified as
McElroy District Tax Map 7, Parcel 8.1, and more
particularly described in the Complaint filed herein,
which is incorporated herein by reference.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that
there may be unknown Defendants, non-resident
Defendants and Defendants whose whereabouts are
unknown to the Plaintiffs, it is Ordered that the said
Defendants do serve upon Fredrick M. Dean Rohrig,
Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 128,
Middlebourne, West Virginia, 26149, an answer or other
defense to the Complaint filed in ths action on or before
the 4th day of September, 2020, otherwise judgement
by default will be taken against them at any time
thereafter. A copy os said Complaint can be obtained
from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
