It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JEFFREY ALAN JONES is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JEFFREY ALAN JONES, Respondent, serve upon SARAH DAWN JONES, petitioner, whose address is 299 GLENDALE ROAD, PARKERSBURG, WV 26105 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 9, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
