We are required to monitor your drinking water on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. Between 1/1/2019 and 12/31/2019, we failed to submit the required samples as indicated below and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.

Test were performed as required by the WV Department of Health. The locations selected by Union Williams PSD to complete the tests did not match the site plan submitted to the WV Health Department. This was the reason for the violation. There were no concerns over water quality. A new site plan was submitted to avoid future violations.
