Now comes the Petitioner, Citibank, N.A., Not In Its Individual Capacity, But Solely As Trustee Of Nrz Pass-Through Trust VI, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to quiet title in a 1993 Clayton Homes Fabricated Home believed to be located on the subject real estate more commonly known as: Route 1 Tracewell Rd., Mineral Wells, WV 26150.
It is ordered that Respondent, Beth Hudson, do serve upon Gregory A. Stout, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
