NOTICE OF PUBLICATION FOR ROY JAMES McINTYRE AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION OF PARKE THOMAS BONGIORNO, II AND CHRISTIAN NICHOLE BONGIORNO FOR THE ADOPTION AND NAME CHANGE OF A.G.M., AND B.M.M, BOTH MINOR FEMALES ORDER OF PUBLICATION HARRISON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: Petition of Parke Thomas Bongiorno, II and Christian Nichole Bongiorno for the Adoption and Name Change of A.G.M. and B.M.M, both Minor Female Children. TO: Roy James McIntyre, the natural father of A.G.M, a minor female child, born on December 23, 2007 in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia; and the natural father of B.M.M., a minor female child born on July 30, 2010 in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia. The purpose of the above action is to determine the adoption of the minor child, A.G.M., a female child born on December 23, 2007 in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia to Roy James McIntyre and Christian Nichole McIntyre; and the adoption of the minor child, B.M.M., a female child born on July 30, 2010 in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia to Roy James McIntyre and Christian Nichole McIntyre. The Petitioners, Parke Thomas Bongiorno, II and Christian Nichole Bongiorno, are seeking adoption of said minor female children, A.G.M. and B.M.M. It is ORDERED that Roy James McIntyre, the natural father of the aforementioned children, appear at the Harrison County Circuit Court at the Courtroom of Judge Christopher J. McCarthy, on the fourth floor of the Harrison County Courthouse, located at 301 W. Main St., Clarksburg, WV 26301, on the 21st day of September, 2020 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard, before the Honorable Christopher J. McCarthy for the adoption proceedings of minor females, A.G.M. and B.M.M. Said person is hereby given notice he must appear at said place and time and he must object and defend his parental rights, or his parental rights to said children may be permanently terminated at said proceedings and that if he fails to appear to defend his parental rights, he may be prohibited from appearing at or receiving further notice of these adoption proceedings. Roy James McIntyre has the right to be represented by counsel.
