TO: MARTHANA SAVAGE
On or about November 14, 2015 R.S. the above-named child, and on or about January 5, 2019 J.N. the above-named child, was born to SARA SAVAGE. It appearing that the Grandmother, MARTHANA SAVAGE, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on OCTOBER 13, 2020, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Grandmother, MARTHANA SAVAGE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Grandmother, MARTHANA SAVAGE, with respect of the above-named children, R.S. and J.N.
