On or about November 14, 2015 R.S. the above-named child, was born to SARA SAVAGE. It appearing that the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/TROY COLLINS, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on OCTOBER 13, 2020, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/TROY COLLINS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, J. MORGAN LEACH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 5518 VIENNA, WV 26105 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 834-2822.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER/TROY COLLINS, with respect of the above-named child, R.S.
