The undersigned Clerk of the County Commission does hereby NOTIFY all persons interested in the below estate that a hearing before the County Commission in this matter has been scheduled on October 1, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the James F. Cain Courthouse Annex located at 4 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, on the Order to Show Cause previously entered by the County Commission on the 16th day of July, 2020, against the following appointed personal representative.
