LEGAL NOTICE
On August 25th, 2020, Fellowship Baptist Church of Vienna filed an application to transfer the licenses of AM Broadcast station WHNK, 1450 khz, at Parkersburg, WV; FM translator W251CP, 98.1 MHz., Parkersburg, and FM translator W300AQ, 107.9 MHz., at St. Marys, WV; to Mid Ohio Valley Radio Corporation, of St. Marys, WV.
Mid Ohio Valley Radio Corporation is owned by Sam Yoho of St. Marys, WV and Tom Taggert, of Marietta, Ohio. The parties also own Seven Ranges Radio Co. of St. Marys, which owns WVVV, Williamstown, and WRRR-FM St. Marys. The WHNK studio will be co-located with the WVVV studios at 1627 Rosemar Road, Vienna.
Because of limited access to the church during the current pandemic, a copy of this application may be viewed at the studios of WVVV, 1627 Rosemar Road, Vienna, between the hours of 9 and noon weekdays. A copy of the application will also be available for viewing on-line at FCC.Gov in the online public inspection file of WHNK.
