Abbreviated Advertisement for Bids (Legal Notice)
Wood County Schools (WCS) will be accepting sealed bids for the following project: Provide and Install Kawneer Tuffline/Standard 350 Doors, or equal, at Fairplains Elementary (1-pair), Franklin Elementary (2-pair), Physical Plant Department (1-pair) and Summit Success Academy (1-pair). Bid documents will be available beginning September 10, 2020, by emailing the request to Kirsten Lefebure, Director of Purchasing, at [email protected].
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Physical Plant Department, 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on September 18, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. Bids will be due at the Purchasing Department, 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on September 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
