The permit is located in middle fork District of Randolph County, 6.7 miles Northeast of HELVETIA on Unnamed tributary of Light Run of Birch Fork of Middle Fork River of Tygart Valley River.
CARTER ROAG COAL COMPANY completed final reclamation on ___________ and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $10,000.00.
