Notice to any unknown
father of the above infant girl, Machenzie Kay
Lowman born on our about February 26, 2008 in Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson,
Jefferson County,
West Virginia.
Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of
Adoption was filed in the Kanawha County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the father’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If any such person shall fail to respond
within the required time after service, said person may not appear in, or receive further notice of, the adoption proceedings. The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below. A copy of said Petition and Order can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk.
