PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR MAJOR PLAN CHANGE:
JD Rockefeller Science and Tech Center: The
property is located at 748 Novak Drive opposite the intersection of Pilot’s Drive and Novak Drive, in the Arden Tax District. The purpose of the Major
Plan Change is to
construct a building addition that was shown as future on the original plan approval. File #2008-137

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:
Middle Creek Manor Phase 3 Section C – Lots 400-442, Open Space Parcel A; SWM Area A: The property is located 3000′ southeast along Basin Drive from the intersection of Basin Drive and Shiley Road, in the Mill Creek Tax District. This project proposes 43single family lots on approximately 31.12 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known by following the “ORDER RE-OPENING BERKELEY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION SESSIONS TO THE
PUBLIC” enacted June 4th 2020. A copy of this Order can be found on page two (2) of the
Planning
Commission Meeting Read Ahead or can be
obtained by calling 304-264-1963 or emailing [email protected].
 In the event that an
unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday,
November 2, 2020
will be utilized.
