PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Martinsburg Planning Department intends to hold a public open house on Thursday, October 15, 2020 for the City’s proposed Draft Zoning Ordinance. The public open house will be held at the Berkeley 2000 Recreation Center, located at 273 Woodbury Ave,
Martinsburg, WV 25404.
The proposed Draft
Zoning Ordinance was prepared to replace the City’s current Zoning
Ordinance originally enacted in 1970. The City invites your participation in an Open House event to learn about the proposed Draft Zoning Ordinance and the process for its development and
adoption by City Council.
Due to COVID-19 and
social distancing requirements, the City is requiring all attendees to pre-register their
attendance online at https://ttsu.me/2jzwyc.
Groups of 20 (maximum) people will be accommodated in one (1) hour blocks between the
following times:
9 AM – 12 PM
1 PM – 4 PM
5 PM – 8 PM
The Draft Zoning Ordinance is available for
public inspection online at http://cityofmartinsburg.org/planning/
