The Randolph County Commission, pursuant to House Bill 2746, will administratively close the estates of the following deceased persons, unless objections are received or notice is made that the estate needs to remain open for some reason, at the County Commission meeting on October 15, 2020. Any person having an objection to any of the following estates being closed please contact the Randolph County Clerk’s Office by phone at 304-636-0543 or by mail at 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241 before October 15, 2020. If the estate does not need to remain open for any reason there is nothing that needs to be done as the Randolph County Commission will close these estates.
